Warranty
Warranty on most products is 30 days from date of shipment unless otherwise specified.
vetOvation, Inc charges the customer a 25% restocking fee on all returns over 30 days.
Warranty on scopes is 30 days from date of shipment.
An extended warranty may be available, please contact a sales representative for additional information.
Defective Product Returns
We will replace or refund defective products during the warranty period. Returned products will not be accepted unless the buyer has been issued an RMA number and been approved for return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Exportation
If you purchase equipment within the United States and carry or export the equipment into a different country, you are responsible for any additional customs and duties fees incurred while returning or replacing the product. Please check all equipment before exporting.
Cosmetic Product Returns
Buyer pays return shipping costs, 25% restocking fee, and shipping for replacement product.
